This one bedroom apartment was just renovated, and is ready for guests to enjoy the space. Located in downtown Exeter, this airbnb is walking distance to all that Exeter has to offer.

Exeter is a short drive to the shores of Lake Huron as Grand Bend is just 20 minutes West. Exeter is also close to London.

Summmer stay
Greg was great with communication. He was able to provide answers fo all questions asked. I think our booking should have been reviewed prior since only 2 towels was provided yet 3 people were staying. Also perhaps an iron and iron board can be made available. Other than that it was a great stay. Would high recommend tasty bites for breakfast.

Everything was new (appliances, shower, etc) Close to everything, a short drive to the beach. There is a kids play place next door so that was a bit noisy in the morning but not the fault of the property.
