"When I try to call downstairs to the front desk the only thing I would get is a busy signal. I went down to the front desk to ask for a blanket and sheets for the pull out bed. I was given no blanket only sheets and was told i had a blanket. It took my husband going down to get a blanket. He was told all blankets were in the laundry to be washed but he was able to locate the last one"
