"Everything was good but the toilets didn’t flush proper "

"Air conditioning didn’t get as cold as I would’ve liked. But understandable given the extreme heat during the visit. And being next to the highway leads to some very loud nights. "

"My stay was wonderful and the beauty of the hotel was incredible. The only couple things that irritated me a little was how on the pictures of the hotel, there was a bathtub in the bathrooms, we did not have one. As well as no one told us the pool was first come first serve so when we expected to get to relax and cool off a little, we were not able to. There were also 4 empty chairs and no one in the pool and there were only 2 of us and the security guard still refused to let us in. Over all the building is clean and staff are friendly and I would definitely stay here again, now that I know the different rules of the building. I encourage everyone who stays here to explore the hotel the first day and ask questions to the staff so you know when things are open and closed and what’s first come first serve and what’s not. "

The employees were kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My room was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. "Very modern and close to 6th st. Front desk and all staff were very accommodating especially the house keeper Yaikelys making sure our room was always thoroughly cleaned and had everything we needed. "

"This place is a great place to stay with a family or friends. Lots of games for kids and adults and the pool is always shaded. The happy hour bartender was amazing and made great drinks! Definitely checkout the bartender! Also mid day manager Daniel was amazing and very helpful with restaurants and things to do! Finally the morning manager heard it was my daughter's birthday and let my daughter pick any candy she wanted. It really made my daughter Ellie's day! "
