"Stayed here more than once great location right on the beach. Has a great walkway from Kingscliff all the way past Casarena Beach can walk for miles. Well lucky enough to be here while whales were passing and got to see them up close and very personal on the beach amazing to pop out and see the majestic animals passing by. Heaps of restaurants around cafes as well hotel is very well situated. All unit are fully self-contained or the studios have a kitchenette. Would recommend staying here. Don’t really need to leave during winter. There is one heated pool but it is a very small pool. I would imagine. The large pool would be very crowded in summer because there are a lot of units for the size of pool."

"Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Facilities and hotel room were lovely. We had a great holiday and will definitely be back. "

"Great accomodation but there was no liquid detergent for washing up dishes and no broom. I did ask staff for some detergent but there was none available. It makes it a little difficult to clean fry pans and wipe down counters. But other wise a wonderful short holiday!"

"Overall we had a great time. My husband cut his finger pretty bad on a broken tile in one of the pools. Borderline needed a hospital visit and stitches. Staff really could have handled the situation better. Concern could have been more and the tiles were not fixed. If a child cut their finger the way he did then could have been a lot worse for a tiny finger. Property was clean. Could have been more complimentary dishwasher powder and toilet paper. 2 rolls for a family of 4 for 7 nights isn’t going to cut it. Overall though great for the kids, will return. "
