"It is a short ride from the airport. It is located not far from the Strip. The resort is quiet with a lovely beach. The property is well maintained. I did have one issue. The floor in our room was visibly dirty when we arrived. I waited two day for it to be cleaned. It was not. I had go to the front desk & ask for it to be cleaned. The room was well cleaned for three days. On our last day they dropped the ball. The room was not cleaned. Bed was never made up, nothing restocked, no clean towels....

On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. "Great friendly staff. Property was very clean and the gym was excellent. Conveniently located to the strip of great dining options. Just wish the shower had hotter water but the excellent staff more than made up for it!"
