"This is a beautiful hotel with a great location inside the national park at Iguaçu falls. The staff is bery friendly and accommodating. The restaurants are excellent with unique food options. The Y restaurant is wonderful with tasty and unique meal choices. There is a lot to do and see in the area so i would recommend staying for at least 3-4 days. The hotel transportation is to notch and the guides are outstanding. Our driver/guide was Itamar and he was the best ever. Friendly, humorous an knowlegable!"

"Our recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit - attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by offering fantastic local recommendations that led us to some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. When we checked out, they graciously held our luggage while we spent the afternoon at the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest without any disturbances from hallway or street noise. The location is convenient, close to the Porto Alegre airport and shopping malls. The coffee and breakfast was very delicious and worth the small extra cost. While the bathroom was generally clean, I did notice some mildew in the shower area that could use attention. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall cleanliness of the room and the excellence of everything else. The comfortable bed, well-maintained facilities, and pleasant atmosphere made for a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future."
