"We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. "The check in was quite easy, but the receptionist barely knew English which was abit of a langauge barrier.
