The Restaurant and breakfast facilities and meals were very good with no delays even with a full hotel The brasserie at the hotel entrance was also excellent. Will definitely return"

"Birthday trip, staff were friendly and efficient, accommodation was clean and comfortable, we had room service for dinner and this was delivered promptly and was hot and tasty. The lakeside room was quiet and had lovely view over lake with only ducks, swans, geese, herons and Cormorants for company!"

"Great location for Cardiff centre being a short walk away. Car park is very expensive. Drinks and food overpriced. Reception and bar staff very helpful. Gym and pool very good. "

"We had a great stay on a high floor. Beware at weekends that the hotel is right at the bottom of the party street and en route to the station. The room was comfortable however the bed was a standard double and felt small, and the water pressure was really disappointing. Staff were lovely, would stay again. "
