"Great hotel with a warm welcome. Location could not be better. Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Ate in the Beau Brasserie which was excellent. The staff were amazing and very hard working on what was seasonally a hectic time. "

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"Unique and very nice building. High end look and feel. Shame about the dining experience. Any regular restaurant it would have been great. For a high end spot, it just wasn’t quite there. The servers seemed to care yet they knew nothing of the food or drink choices. Breakfast was good. The building missed the mark in having information about the hotel’s construction and even signage."

"Very friendly efficient staff. A HUGE clean airy room with bright big window . The window had black out curtains so nice and dark at night . All lovely and clean with fast hot running water for bath and shower . Unfortunately Brasserie restaurant closed in evenings so went to the Boat House which was clean . Good food and efficient staff. Hot stone massage was really good. It could do with a few more loungers in by the swimming pool . Excellent stay . I would highly recommend."

"Good hotel. Book it every time I come to Bristol Staff are always friendly and helpful only quible was the bar service was a little slow but once the bar tender got to us he was amazing"
