Southhampton Village Home with Pool and Backyard

A summer oasis. Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath (+ a beautiful outdoor shower), ranch-style home in the Village of Southampton located on the end of a quiet street. Only a 5 minute walk from Southampton train station, 10 minute walk to town, and a mile to world-renowned beaches- including Coopers Beach, voted each year among the best in the world.

This central A/C home has a comfortable eat-in kitchen and cozy living room with gas fireplace. On the grounds, a large heated pool sits surrounded by a wide bluestone patio with lounge chairs, sofa / cocktail seating, and a large table for outdoor dining, as well as a gas grill. With mature plantings and trees, this property boasts complete privacy.

This is a family home. We do not allow parties, groups, or share houses. We allow a max of 6 adults. Washer & dryer. Roku TV. Free Internet.

Charming Southampton oasis
Thank you Eileen, for your hospitality. Your home is incredibly charming; you’ve thought of every detail to make it inviting and comfortable for us. Your backyard is a luxurious oasis; those sun-beds and chairs were so comfortable, and the pool was so inviting. We hung by the pool for most of our stay and enjoyed our quick walks to the village (location is great). We also thought the house was incredibly clean and was well stocked.
