"Property was great. Balcony's smaller than anticipated. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. Given a bottle of bubble, chocolate and a cheese platter. The room was clean and very comfortable. Beds were great. We did have an issue with the loud AC unit and we were moved rooms. Staff were amazing especially the manager Nicola. Would definetely stay here again. "

"We had an amazing 2 story appartment however there was only heating in the upstairs. The down stairs rooms heaters did not work and it was a freezing 2-3 degrees. Really horrible night due to cold. Had to sleep on the couch to stay warm. "
