"Everything went smoothly"

"The unit is very nice and well furnished. The location was perfect for our needs and street parking worked well. The owner was responsive, though we specifically looked for a place with a washer/dryer, and only after we booked were we informed it wasn't working. We were assured that "maintenance was on it", so we extended our stay. The owner also offered to pay for our laundromat costs. After 11 days, the washer was never fixed. That was a bummer, for such a long stay. We were also unhappy with...
