"This property is in a great location. It was spotlessly cleaned and had everything you could possibly need. The owner had liaised with me before arrival and had toddler proofed the property so we could relax and enjoy the space. So many quirky touches that enhanced the experience. This was a family break with a toddler, her mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and each generation was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. "

"We stayed for two nights in this small but lovely shepherd’s hut. It was kitted out well for 4 guests (but I think it would be very tight for four adults) and it was clean and very comfortable. It has a lovely private outside space and was very quiet. Good place to access the delights of Whitstable. "

"Very noisy due to traffic. Lounge sofa's very small and inadequate for adults, outside light not working need torch to find key hole. Bathroom and toilet very difficult to access due to poor layout no USB ports, no welcome pack, had to go to shop for milk after 6 hour journey. Wouldn't recommend staying here."

"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"We fell in love with Whitstable and the cottage. It looks exactly like the pictures. The owners have renovated this beautiful cottage to a great standard. The log burner was perfect to come back to after an autumnal walk a long the beach. The location is faultless, you are so close to lots of great restaurants and shops as well as the beach and harbour. "

"I recently stayed at this house with friends and family. In total, we were 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 1-15 years old. It is a very big and comfortable house. "Lovely house although need to be agile for all the stairs. The best equipped kitchen we've ever had which was great for our cook in evening. House was beautifully furnished and beds and bedding verycomfy. Only negative being the parking as no free parking in the evening in the car park behind the house and car park expensive. We did however find the free street parking further afield."
