Hike along the entire length of the shoreline to appreciate stunning views of the surrounding wilderness. The shoreline walk is about 11 miles (18 kilometres) long and is suitable for families.

The enchanting ski resort town features wonderful attractions, including historic buildings, old farmhouses and one of the tallest natural waterfalls in Germany. Todtnau is also about 9 miles (14 kilometres) from Feldberg, an imposing forested mountain.
