"Hotel was awesome as most Omni's are. Convenient, on site snacks court, and restaurants. One downside is the valet. They are slow and there is a "non-disclosed" $45 dollar fee no one mentions. Its on a sign, small sign on a pillar you can see while waiting 10-15 minutes or better. All in all, great hotel, would definitely stay again when we come to louisville. "

"Overall we had a good weekend stay. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but the bed was comfy and the pillows good. We did have a view of the parking structure, and the first night the window coverings were a bit off-kilter so more light that I’d like came in the room. They did fix that while we were gone for the second night so that was good. Didn’t hear any noise from the parking structure either - just light. "The room was larger than expected. The bathroom was really small, but it helped that the sink and vanity were outside the bathroom. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was minimal outside house. The staff was also friendly. "

"The staff members were friendly. They greeted us each time we went in and out The person working the front desk when we checked in was slammed when 5 people were checking in at the same time and the computer system was not cooperating. There was also a drunk hotel guest she was dealing with. She was doing a great job trying to check people in while keeping an eye on the drunk guest. The cleaning team was great as well. We had to switch rooms because the blinds in our first room didn’t work....
