Corner unit at Prince Manor with views of Pinehurst No. 5. This upper level condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has 2 double beds, and the second offers 2 double beds. This condo also includes Large flat screen TV, an updated kitchen with tile floors, and a large balcony outside to enjoy the golf views! Located minutes from the Village of Pinehurst, the shops in Downtown Southern Pines, area golf and dining! Condo has standard drip coffee maker. Parking is first come, first serve.

Home is on the second floor and does require stairs.

I booked this condo for some friends and family who came to visit me. It was close by, very nice, had plenty of space and close to other amenities. We were able to walk to the new locomotive bar, which was great! Communication might’ve been easier if there was an email to contact instead of number. Also, one of my friends is asthmatic and she noted some concern over the bit of dust and cob webs on the pictures and in the top corners of the room. Otherwise it was perfect!

Everything was as described and we had no issues at all. Very nice place to stay at, as we needed somewhere close to the Harness Track over the road. All the amenities were as described and the property was spotless and clean. Would definitely come back again if needed.

thanksgiving weekend
my in-laws live in Pinehurst on the other side of the horse barn. We come every year for Thanksgiving. the condo was a great location and space for the 4 of us. easy walk to the Country Club, les than 1/2 mile.

Location was perfect for our needs, "almost" :) walking distance to the club house and course #3 and #5. Kitchen was well equipped, had everything needed. Overall the condo was nice and quiet, thing that could be improved was adding hair dryer and shampoo/body wash in both bathrooms.

Great Stay.
Had a great stay overlooking hole 1 on Pinehurst #5. Had some fun watching early morning golfers from the balcony and the condo was in a great location to head out to our own rounds. Would definitely stay again.
