This location is in dire need of good beds/mattresses and sheets. The beds are very uncomfortable and low to the ground ( king and queen beds) you cannot use the barstools because they are bar height and the counter is counter height. Do not buy flavored coffee for the coffee machine. Most people just want their cup of regular coffee in the morning. Especially golfers!! The house is cute and the location is excellent and the place is spotless. We would stay again but I felt a few upgrades could make it perfect.

Ruined my trip, terrible experience
Received check-in confirmation message morning of our stay, only to find that all the beds where unmade and other peoples luggage were still in the home. When we reached out to the host multiple times there was no response until we finally got through to the VRBO complaint desk. Basically they double booked us and then we had to scramble to find separate lodging just standing on a streetcorner with our luggage on an extremely busy weekend (which is why we had booked this place months in advance) that ended up costing us more than double what we planned to pay. No offer to help cover the difference in cost from either the host or VRBO. Just a “sorry” and a refund on my reservation a few days later. Absolutely horrible experience, no accountability, worst travel experience I have ever had.

Great house a block from the quaint Downtown of Southern Pines.
Stayed here after a 4 day golf trip to the Pinehurst area. Perfect end to a long, tiring weekend! Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very comfortable and convenient home. Will look to stay here again!
