"Inside are great. These condos on the west side should not be open for business. First-The construction workers parking next to you personal vehicle and using power equipment. 2nd we had no hot water, spent most of the morning changing rooms twice. The first night of dining we were sat at a table with people we didn’t know and very loud and attire was not observed. 3rd, my credit card was charged by Expedia and also by the resort, two times. I will be reporting that to my banking instruction....

"Location was perfect right on the beach and close to everything! Clean and safe property with great restaurants that were currently open. Downside was we specifically asked several times before our arrival for our rooms to be as far from the bar and DJ outside as possible. When we checked in our rooms were right above the Bar and DJ and when we complained they said there was nothing they could do deposing our notes in the system.
