"We are having trouble understanding where to park, one of the assistant managers helped us located the parking garage by accompanying us in our car and we making back to the hotel sharing options in the area - quite an above the ordinary service - sorry I do not recall his name - the other service was excellent too. "I loved the whole vibe of this hotel! The lobby bar is a bonus! The rooms were cute and clean. We especially loved the staff! Charlotte, at the reception desk was so pleasant, friendly, and very professional, she was really helpful with all our questions! She was so patient with us. Lauren, was so kind, and professional as well, I felt, I was talking with a friend. Ricky, was a great bartender, and told us a lot of great history about the area, and gave us a great recommendation, where to hear wonderful local music! Our experience was just lovely! We wish we could have stayed longer! I would recommend this hotel, and would return, when we can!"

"This is a stunning hotel with great amenities. I loved the gym and spa. The shower in my room was probably one of the best showers I've ever used. It was a easy to walk to the city; my only pain point was that there was an event downstairs on one of the nights, so it was extremely noisy. "
