"Excellent hotel for facilities, location, comfort and courteous, professional friendly staff. This place ticks all the boxes and they have absolutely nailed hospitality from check in to check out. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we checked in which wasn’t a problem at all for us but the receptionist immediately offered as a free drink whilst we waited in the bar. "We had our daughters christening here and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Tara from reception was so kind and friendly, my 3 year old loved her, she kept wanting to back to the reception. The rooms were clean and spacious, there was an issue with the shower—it wasn’t providing hot water at the time of the stay. However, this problem was outweighed by our positive experience with the staff, who were so kind and welcoming. Overall experience was good because of the staff's friendliness"

"I have the say the staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful I had hurt my leg a few days before the trip and hurt my self leaving the plane at Cork airport so by the time a arrived I wasn’t walking well and the staff made me feel as comfortable as possible and made sure to ask how I was doing on my last day. The breakfast was lovely and we made good use of the swimming pool. "
