We spent some lovely days in Saudon. A quiet little hamlet. Warm welcome by Jean-Pierre and a good talk about what to do in the area. A car is a must to get around. We had hoped to be able to walk to the nearest town, but the main road is too busy. Regardig the house: You need to pass by the owners home to get to the pool. The view from the pool is great. The beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and we can highly recommend this place. :-)

Logement dans une maison ancienne superbement restaurée; Au calme absolu, supermarché à 3 kms. De magnifiques balades de tous niveaux à proximité immédiate, et une piscine pour se rafraichir en fin de journée. Merci beaucoup!

Ce que nous avons aimé *la région et ses multiples activités : randonnées (forêt de Saou ou à proximité immédiate du gîte), activités aquatiques (riviere, canyoning), villages, marchés *le cachet du gîte en belles pierres, la piscine et sa terrasse en hauteur, les odeurs et les couleurs *les multiples bons conseils de notre hôte très accommodant, sa disponibilité, la propreté du logement *le traitement de l'eau de la piscine non agressif Ce que nous n'avons pas aimé *l'enfilade des chambres (couloir d'accès aux toilettes et à la salle de bains passant par la chambre1 sans séparation physique, accès chambre 2 à partir de la salle de bains) : pas de séparation = pas d'intimité *l'accès à la piscine restreint à des horaires (10/12h - 16/18h) car piscine partagée en alternance avec le propriétaire = non spécifié dans l'annonce. Ce n'est pas un accès permanent, ce qui était important pour nous vu l'ensoleillement et la chaleur de la région *Hameau isolé et pourtant le matin, 3/4 voitures qui partent et que l'on entend, les fenêtres étant ouvertes pour aérer durant la nuit *Pas de congélateur
