We visited friends in a town nearby but What we saw of spalding was that it was very quaint with small shops and people were lovely. Nice pubs in the area too.

"We had a very comfortable stay at Cley Hall Hotel. The room was lovely, and although cold when we arrived, there was additional plug in radiator that we could use, which made it very cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"One of the best equipped and well set up places I have stayed. Great to have clean and well-equipped kitchen. My room looked out on the road; at first I thought it would be too noisy but the double glazing was very effective at blocking the sound. Good information eg clearly labelled light switches. ..."
