"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

"Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"

Als Anregung: Tischets und Untersetzer wären ganz gut...zur Schonung der Möbel. 1 kleiner Kleiderschrank wäre auch nicht verkehrt und evtl. 1 Stuhl um die Sachen abzulegen wenn man zu Bett geht. "The owner was very good at communicating, although I only gave a 3 for accuracy of the listing because it stated there was a washing machine but one was not available. We were on a 3 week vacation so we were hoping to do some washing. However the kitchen was very well set up with an abundance of coffee and tea. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. I would recommend this property."
