As far as physical interactions, we like to provide privacy. On the off chance that something needs to be fixed or replaced during your stay we may swing by ourselves or send one of our maintenance personal to remediate the issue.
Just 4 minutes outside the Village of Spencerport, you’ll find this quiet street which trails along the Erie Canal. As you travel down our road, you’ll see fishermen lining the unique lagoon along this part of the canal area known by locals as Wide Water. Nearby you’ll also find a kayak launch with free parking.

You will share your entrance with our friendly neighbor, who lives in the unit beside yours. So please be mindful that you will share some walls and will also hear some movement from time to time. There are two residents in total who live on site and will share the premises and driveway with you.
When you arrive at your place, you’ll have parking for one vehicle. Please park in the first spot near the apron of the driveway on the far right side at a 45 degree angle. This ensures all other vehicles can enter and exit without having to rearrange.
We are located just minutes from route 531; taken east you’ll get to downtown Rochester in just 16 minutes, or taken west, you’ll get to Brockport in 16 minutes.
As part of the country living experience, our home is serviced by well water. We use a standard water filter and a Nelson ATO System to treat iron and sulfur. However, you may notice that the water can look, taste, or smell different from what you're used to.
For your convenience, we provide a Brita pitcher for drinking water and making tea or coffee. Also, being in a rural setting near the canal, you might encounter more insects than in urban areas.
