"The Cornaro Hotel was simply wonderful! The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive - meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries Or they would prepare a omelette to your liking! The hotel also had a wellness spa where I indulged in a wonderful facial. There is also a gym. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the "Old Split" where there are ancient buildings, shops, a promenade and remnants of Diocletian"s palace. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split."

"We really enjoyed this hotel located within the Diocletian palace walls in Split. There are no cars within the walls but the staff does a great job meeting you and helping manage the luggage. The room was specious and clean although a little loud given how close it is to all the action. (Ear plugs recommended) The hotel has no elevator and only 6 rooms which wasn’t a problem for us but if you have mobility issues it may be a concern. My only negative was that the hotel has 2 locations in the area. We booked it because we were meeting friends that were also staying there and we ended up in different locations. All in all I would definitely stay here again! "
