Hotel was nice, no issues. Huge room. Area around hotel mostly a closed down buildings. Right by shelter & feeding location for houseless. Some unsavory people laying around & roaming nearby. I mean those on drugs or very intoxicated. Too bad there was almost nowhere to eat nearby or anything to do walking in neighborhood.

Beautiful hotel, clean, and amazing staff. Everyone we encountered was super helpful and kind. My only suggestion would be to get room service up and running...this is an important option for many tired travelers :)

When I got into my room for the night, the lighting circuit failed. They moved me down a few rooms on the same floor little bigger room. Much appreciated for the fast response and service.

It was a unique little place. Stayed there and walked to the arena for a show. No issues with the stay. There was some weird stuff going on in the alley nearby.

I have stayed here a few times and I do because the building is so neat and the beds are soooo comfortable and clean! I love this place! However, it is in an area that has a lot of homeless community around and only off street parking which is limited especially on weekends! There is valet parking, but at $30 a day…it’s a bit much. Everyone who works there is great, but the front desk usually only has one person working. That’s pretty frustrating at times when there are several people needing to check in. Overall, I suggest it because of the cleanliness, the comfortable beds and the proximity to everything.

Beautiful old hotel, thoughtfully remodeled. The staff are great, but the place seems understaffed. I went to the front desk a couple of times and no one was there because they were off doing other things. And when I had a problem with my TV, it seems like there was not a maintenance person on staff. The restaurant is a little unorganized, but the food is better than I expected at a hotel restaurant.

Located in the theater district of Spokane, and Spokane lacks green space in this area. Walking our dog, while Hotel Indigo is a hotel-friendly place, like other hotels in this area—they do not have a satisfactory walking area for pups our white dog ends up with gray paws by the end of the weekend. There are great parks a short drive away, but it would be nice to see parks in this area in the future.

The property is old and historic, looks redone and hip. It’s in an area heavy with homelessness and open drug use. Hotel elevator and floors are not secure. Most rooms have no window, fridge, microwave. Not safe to walk around neighborhood if alone or at night.

Super nice place to stay in Spokane due to close proximity to restaurants, the downtown park areas and the new sport/entrtainment stadium. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Best to valet park and walk where you’re going as parking is very limited around the hotel.

Whst s great find in Spokane! The hotel has been very thoughtfully renovated yet it still retains the feeling and ambience of the era in which it was originally biilt. Lovely, large rooms. The friendliest staff. We felt very welcome from the start.
