Stayed at the Colombia Hotel for Venice Carnivale and the location was just perfect. Within minutes of San Marco along a straightforward path and to the key spots for photographing masks. The hotel arranged a private water taxi which was convenient though a bit steep (a nearby hotel was 10EU cheaper which helps). Breakfast staff were always attentive and pleasant. Breakfast options were varied with plenty of fruit. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Well worth a consideration and a return visit.

Everything was nice but this hotel is not accessible stairs and no life and wheel chair lift not working. No on duty bell boy except daytime. This information should be disclosed , if it had been I would have stayed somewhere else
