It is well located in Center City Philadelphia, with transportation, stores, services and restaurants only a few steps away. I liked that it did have a safety box. I also liked the food of the complimentary breakfast. The room didn’t have a chair and one was not provided even when front desk told me they would. The room had tables to put the luggage on, but it didn’t have drawers to put the clothes in. The size of the area where breakfast is served was too small to handle the customers of the days we were there, so it was hard to find a table.

Thank God we found a nice, CLEAN place with great customer service. Also, the hotel is easily accessible and gkod valet. Was concerned due to a lot of other properties in the area with mixed reviews but this place definitely lived up to its great rating. Would definitely recommend.

"They rate themselves as an upperclass hotel. I would have expected at the least complementary coffee in the lobby. The water jug in the lobby was empty most of the day. I thought the rooms could use an update, couches weren't comfortable in the rooms. The beds were excellent."
