"We loved everything about the property. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. But also, plenty of room to gather with our whole group. We had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend Boris and his property."

"It is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We were just there for 1 night and the house served its purpose. However there is no way that this house would sleep 4 people. There is 1 queen bed (that is the creakiest bed I have ever slept on) and 1 futon."

"Went to Kansas City for a little family vacation and went to World of Fun and Union Station over the Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect for our family's needs. The yard was fantastic for our kids and grandkids to play baseball and tag in. The kitchen and dining room were excellent for all those meals made and to play family games at. "We rented this property to have our Book Club Christmas gathering and sleepover. It was a great space for us, centrally located, clean, and plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. It is on a slightly busy street, but a white noise maker drowned out any loud car sounds at night. Check in, check out was easy and communication with the host was great. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, accept for kitchen towels. We had to use paper towels for drying which felt wasteful. Not a big deal,...

"The cute classic KC West Plaza area home was only a 10 minute drive to downtown where all our Destination Imagination Globals festivities were which made it a perfect location for us! We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and rest with the simple comforts of a home. The neighborhood was overall quiet and safe as well. We would recommend it for others and would enjoy staying next year if we make it to globals again!! "
