We had a great stay at this hotel! Its prime location near Union Station, Coors Field for baseball enthusiasts, Starbucks for coffee lovers, and a large supermarket made our visit incredibly convenient. The customer service was impeccable, and the beautifully designed rooms added to the overall experience. While room service isn’t provided daily, it’s available upon request. The hotel offers valet parking exclusively at $49 per vehicle per day, which may be on the expensive side. However, they can recommend nearby parking options through various apps if needed.

The hotel is well situated, with the state capitol building visible from the front entrance and other major landmarks within a 10-15 minute walk. We were able to check in early and had a very spacious and clean room. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Pool area was fine but would have loved a hottub or sauna. Overall a good place to spend a night or two.

The check in process is a little wonky. I am not sure it can really be made much easier though. Just read the check in instructions several times. One thing I think would help is under the room and building codes that are in bold type in the check in email add elevator code in bold also. It took a bit for me to page further and see the “note” area at the bottom of the email with the elevator code. Also better signage on the building would help but maybe that is a local code issue?
