Boho BnB ~ Walk to Cherry/Pickwick & MSU

This cozy, safe 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in the perfect location- just a short walk from the iconic Rountree shops, coffee bars, breweries, and restaurants. You can also take a short walk or bike ride to Missouri State University. It features a covered patio and a large fenced in backyard with seating, string lights and a fire pit for you and your loved ones to enjoy. It even has a one-of-a-kind, handpainted mural out back for you to take photos with!
This space has been updated with modern amenities including a smart front door lock and security camera (for your safety), a Nest Thermostat, smart TV’s in every room, and Wi-Fi. You will be right at home with our comfortable living room seating and our beautifully equipped kitchen. We even have a coffee/tea station with a Keurig for your enjoyment.
The covered front patio features an electric grill and seating which makes it perfect for enjoying the outdoors in all kinds of weather. We also have a large fenced in yard with seating and a fire pit. It is lit by beautiful string lights. There is even a hand painted mural on the brick wall out back. Come make memories with family and friends in this unique, centrally located space.

Great place to stay

This home was close to our destinations, placed in a quiet neighborhood, and a pleasure to stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and large enough for two adults and two teenage girls. We even had a self-inflicted issue and the owner was quick to respond and resolve it. We, as a family, will laugh about this for a while. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay, highly recommend
This house was perfect for our needs before we continued our travels. We stayed one night and my mom & her partner joined us. We had a great time in the backyard, playing with the soccer ball and enjoying the fire pit. Wood was provided which was great! The area was quiet and we woke up fully rested and ready to continue on our journey.

Drury basketball trip
Our family group of 4 came to Springfield to watch my nephew play 2 basketball games at Drury University. We stayed here 3 nights and it was perfect for our group. Everything was spotless and communication from our hosts Derek and Summer was great. The backyard firepit with firewood provided was a nice bonus. Great location with everything close by. Would definitely book this location again the next time we are in Springfield.

We loved the location and cleanliness of this home! You can tell the iwners take pride in providing a great experience. If we could change anything, it would have been to have had a table that seated at least 4 for dining, playing cards, etc., and more coffee mugs, as there were only 2 usable mugs.

Great Place
This home was great to stay in! The owners were great with communication! We enjoyed the location as it was only 11 minutes from Wilson Logistics arena. The space was extremely clean and there was enough room for the 5 of us (my husband, me, our daughter, our son and our son’s friend). The backyard has a great ambiance! Very relaxing! We had everything we needed and was able to enjoy the Show Me State Nationals with this home (to make dinners, breakfasts and lunches). Would definitely stay here again!!
