Staff are friendly and helpful, and this hotel needed to be renovated 40 years ago. Had a 3 night stay planned, but left after the first night. Upgraded to a jr suite. Guess that didn't come with ceiling tiles. Yep, missing tiles.

For the price, I would book elsewhere. You walk in to music playing over busted speakers, rickety elevators that don't have their registration in the elevator, small rooms, the room was on auto and was freezing cold. Multiple times of going to the front desk and ringing the bell with no one responding. Also, they charge for parking and breakfast on top of the cost. Overall not a great value.

This hotel used to be very nice and now has completely went downhill and is in terrible shape. Check in person was rude and not knowledgeable, directing people in a snowstorm to restaurants not even open. Half of the elevators were broken and all the carpets were nasty. TV service freezes and no WIFI connectivity. Other people on our floor were smoking weed and it smelled awful - even though the property is no smoking. I should have booked across the street. Thank goodness it was for only one night.

I did not like that there are very few outlets in the room. The outlets near the bed were under the bed and only an extension cord was available and only on one side of the bed. It seemed like a fire hazard. Please update your hotel

6 elevators and only 2 worked for the entire hotel. I asked about my room being too hot and the air not working and received no assistance. Very poor experience and stay for the cost, plus to be charged $10 a day for parking. Nothing at check out to accommodate or change any rates or anything for the stay.

My only main complaint is that is you live with in 20 miles they charge you an extra $250 fee deposit and that is not on the website when you make the reservation. I was not prepared nor is that an accurate fee.
