"P&J Apartments were very nice. Be aware that there is no elevator, so if you have heavy (or a lot of) luggage, you will get a work-out. The room had good space and nice amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The location is absolutely wonderful and made the walk-up worth it. If you are driving, parking can be an issue, but there are options."

"Easy to find from the old town square, short walking distance. Also right by a tram station, though I didn't use it. There's a convenience store nearby. Good communication as they messaged me saying were unable to provide the breakfast and refunded me when I checked in. Nice size room with en suite, had a fridge and kettle. You can hear people walking by though most places I stay are like this so I always take ear plugs. Great value for money "

"This property was perfect for a visit to Old Town. It was also close to tram stops. It had everything we needed. Guarded parking was a five minute walk away. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Please note that there is no elevator, which may be problematic for some. "

The only downside is it was quite noisy outside late at night and so we couldn’t have windows open, but that was a small price to pay for everything else being perfect. "

"Hotel is perfectly situated for trips for walks into Kazimierz, river, castle, Banksy museum and Old Town. Railway station is 5 mins walk with easy access to Salt Mines and Auschwitz, so no need to book tours through hotel, and you’ll save money. Bikes are also available through hotel. Hotel has two great restaurants and breakfast is exceptional! In foyer is free tea and coffee throughout the day. There’s a steam room, sauna, massage and gym downstairs. Rooms are very comfortable and everything is operated through an iPad. Only downside was a lack of wardrobe, but hanging is space is available, but it’s not ideal!"

"One of the best hotels in Kraków. Stayed with my family and baby. As a gay family we were treated splendidly. I booked rooms for friends and my inlaws. Rooms were superb. Had a little bit of an issue with noise the one day and was annoyed with a rude receptionist but the fantastic Manageress Jana/ Yana stepped in apologised got an update on works done, offered a room change with upgrades. But as she managed to resolove problem we remained in our rooms. Breakfast staff were lovely to...."

"Amber Design Residence is a wonderful boutique hotel, we were able to enjoy their hospitality for 2 nights in Old Town. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. It is in a great location on the outskirts of Stare Miasto, just a few minutes' walk to the main plaza and a nearby shopping mall, with all of the associated restaurants and shops. Checking in and out was quick and painless. We ended up having to park off-site in the mall parking lot, but it was just a few (10) minute walk. Instead of going in and out of the parking garage, we simply parked the car and then used public transport for our entire stay."
