"Our stay was made truly special by the wonderful team! It was my son's birthday, and they went out of their way to prepare a sweet surprise for him, which made him absolutely thrilled. The indoor pool was a perfect addition, especially for kids, providing a great way to have fun despite the chilly weather outside. The breakfast selection was limited, but more than enough to leave us feeling satisfied. After enjoying the snowy landscapes of Whistler, arriving at this hotel was a rewarding experience. It’s an ideal place for families, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"Save your money and stay somewhere else. This hotel happily took my money but didn’t honour my reservation that I had already paid for through Expedia!!! I made this reservation back in November and paid for it in its entirety. Went to check in and they said they didn’t have a room for us!! Left us completely stranded in one of the busiest weekends in Squamish. "
