Every interaction felt warm and welcoming, not forced or scripted. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety and everything fresh, well-stocked, and thoughtfully presented. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had and a perfect start to the day. Our room was immaculate. Not just “hotel clean,” but spotless (clearly well-maintained with attention to detail). It felt comfortable, fresh, and relaxing the moment we walked in. The location is ideal: close enough to Panama City Beach to enjoy everything it has to offer, yet tucked away from the crowds and noise. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and calm. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, cleanliness, and a peaceful stay near the beach."

"We had incredible stay here. Room was very clean, smelled nice, comfortable bed, fresh sheets. They have very delicious waffles and incredible staff. Denecia at reception was exceptional kind. Definitely a place to comeback to. 15 minutes drive from nice and beautiful running path, Gayle’s trail. "

"We had a great Thanksgiving week at this cute beach house less than a block from the beautiful white sands beach! Our host sent us a list of good places to eat and things to do, Her recommendations were great!The house was very clean and in excellent order with a great stocked kitchen. Even though I ordered a precooked meal from Publix for Thanksgiving day, we never lacked for the correct pot, pan, utensil, plate or grill!The beach chairs, towels and other beach equipment were conveniently placed in one of the first floor closets. The beach access directly across from the house is great. it looks brand new-an elevated Trex wood walkway past the beachfront homes so just a short walk through the soft, shifting sands (which was nice for us older beach bums!) to a wide, clean beach. I was surprised that there were not many people there, but it was great for those of us there. What a nice, calm and relaxing beach! A welcome change from the over crowed areas just west of where we were. A couple of suggestions besides the ones we received. We had a blast making our own blown glass Christmas ornaments at Panama City Hot Glass Studio, loved Parlor Doughnuts and Bayou on the Beach, especially music bingo night to go along with the cajun and seafood dishes. Don't miss visiting Old Town Panama City to watch the sun set by Uncle Ernies and enjoy one of the restaurants such as Alice"s on Bayview.. There were cute shops there also!"
