"If you want ON the beach, there is no better spot. Most rooms (most of the beds even) have a view of the sunrise. Multiple balconies and a porch. Short boardwalk to the beach. Could bike or walk to food, grocery and coffee. Anything you need is most likely already in the condo. Three levels with kitchen/den on the middle level.
