Minimum 3 Nites.. Weekly rental only( Saturday to Saturday) in Summer. Minimum 5 nites on Thanskgiving and Christmas.

Perfect spot!
The first day of our stay hurricane Helene hit, And wasn’t too bad for where we were on the East Coast - power stayed on! We had a wonderful time playing games indoors. The following day weather was lovely. Our attentive host sent cleaners into tidy up the property, layout, the deck, furniture, sweep up debris, etc.,. It was as good as new. We had a wonderful long weekend. The beach is perfect. The pool is fabulous, tons of room and an attentive host. We definitely rent again!!!!

My daughter had a beach wedding with just immediate family and friends and this home was perfect for our group. Amazing views and all our needs were met. Definitely would recommend for large family gatherings. The home owner was very kind and helpful.

We loved our stay at the beach house! Everyone in our family had their own bed and that makes for happy faces during vacation. We loved all the conveniences of the property as well as those provided by the owner! The views and proximity of the home were perfect and made for a very relaxing week with all different ages of people staying together.

We enjoyed the many amenities offered. From the beach chairs and umbrella, the upper balcony to watch the sunrise, the hammocks and rocking chairs to hang with family to the pool to dip in when it got hot, all of it was amazing!

Fabulous stay!
The house is great and the pictures represent the house and the view well. We had a wonderful time and the host was fantastic and super responsive when we had questions. Two "good to know" points I think should be made that I do not believe are listed in the description-- 1) The house is on a part of the beach that cars can drive on. You CANNOT see or hear the cars from the property- but it would have been nice to know. 2) There is construction on the house next door. We rarely heard anything- even when we were sitting by the pool, but again- it would have been nice to know. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in St. Augustine!

wow!! what an amazing place this is! our family had a week together that we will treasure forever. divina and her staff made sure we had *everything* we could possibly ever want, and more! the house is clean, spacious and very well equipped. we had a large group, but there was plenty of room for everyone. the pool was a HUGE hit with the kids, and watchful family members. the small ones could safely stay in the "spa" part of it and then venture into the big pool as they gained confidence. i just can't say enough good things about this home. we hope it will work out for us to come back and stay here again!!

Divina made sure we had everything that we needed. She greeted us upon arrival & gave us a tour of the house. We are four generations and the house was perfect for us. It's hard to find a house with 7 bedrooms so that everyone has some privacy but this house has it. Having the pool is certainly a plus as well. Thank you Divina!

This property was a perfect for our family of 15. The heated pool was a great option before and after walking the private boardwalk to the beach. The views were wonderful with a spectacular view from the third floor penthouse suite. We will definitely return to this property.

Our 10 family members had a phenomenal stay here. It was amazing and everything we had hoped for. The pool and beach location was wonderful for everyone. There was space for all of us to gather together for meals and visiting, plus there were areas to sit quietly and reflect on the day. We were extremely satisfied with everything. We had such an amazing time over spring break at this property. We had 2 families staying together. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our host, Divina was so kind and responsive. She went above and beyond for us to have a special and memorable vacation. The home was beautiful and the location is great. Divina answered all questions and issues that came up promptly. A horrible storm that came through the first 2 days of our trip and the ocean was extremely ruff the next few days. The kids loved being able to play in the heated tub and hot tub on those days. Dreamy Beach house
I can't say enough. We loved our time here. The Master bedroom is like no other room we've ever stayed in. Our host Divina was so wonderful and helpful. This was a big splurge for our family and truly made our vacation wonderful!
