"I had a good time in San Agustin and the room was very clean and people professional with all information"

"Where to begin…. When booking the stay, admittedly had some doubts and questions. But after our stay - an entirely different opinion. Would stay there again - without question. Within a couple days of being there, the morning grounds crew recognized me and even recalled details from the prior morning's chat. They always said "Good Morning", knew where I tended to sit to enjoy morning coffee and would even take a couple minutes to chat (its these types of interactions that cause guests to have a very positive memory of an establishment). Watched an array of service staff paying meticulous attention to keeping things nice, clean and accommodating for guests. Food at Santiago’s was always good - tried many things on the menu (breakfast/lunch/dinner). The “Tiki Bar” which adjoins the pool area, the entire staff were: friendly, fun and when it came to kids: serviced their requests quickly getting them soda/water or made a (wonderful looking) virgin ice/blended drink that resulted in every child walking away with a huge smile! If you’re looking for a place that truly focuses on the guests - can’t recommend this place enough. The entire staff was simply delightful, with the place having a very comfortable atmosphere. If you enjoy a particularly refreshing Manhattan: in the evening at Santiago’s if you happen to run into Chandler ask him for “Andrew’s Manhattan”. It’s the quintessential after dinner dessert!"

"Easy to visit town, but be ready to continue on our road trip in the morning. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. "

"No continental breakfast on Saturday and while out with my family when we got back house cleaning never picked up the used towels and bought us new ones to where my daughter had to go get clean towels "

"It was an amazing experience. Lots of museums, fascinating history. It is recommended to use the place when it is cooler. Beautiful hotel, the design suits the place, the staff is kind and professional, everything we asked for we got and quickly. Large and spacious room, clean, well-kept and beautiful. Highly recommend."

"The staff are really nice and the place is very convenient and decent for the price only thing i didnt like was the metal bedframe when you mive around on the bed if ya know what i mean sounds like its scraping the floor and the chair was old in our room looks dirty guess cause of overtime stains but the breakfast was great had several hot foods like eggs with cheese in the middle and sausage,biscuits and gravy,cereal milk,apple juice and orange juice,yogurt,bananas etc. The pool is awesome too was quiet not crowded plus we went too the goo goo dolls concert got back to the room late around 11pm and me and my wife went swimming and the staff didnt have a problem with it or kick us out cause says only open til 9pm so was great especially enjoying the water after a hot concert so that was cool "
