Dirty the windows had mold all over them. The mattress in the master bedroom was nasty with big sink holds in them. Appliances and furniture needs to be updated.

"This is one of the least expensive hotels near the attractions in St Augustine. It’s a bit older than some, but it also has that charm of how hotels used to be. I did like that I did not have to drive downtown because traffic is horrible. So that and the price was the main selling point."
