The room was great and had everything we needed. The pool and fitness rooms were great as well. Would like to see more milk options like almond or soy at the breakfast to accommodate other people who may not use dairy or are allergic.

One thing I didn't like was that there was no place to fill a water bottle. The water faucet in the breakfast area was not accessible during the rest of the day or night. When I asked the desk clerk for a place to fill my water, he suggested using the faucet in the bathroom in my room, which wouldn't work because the sink is too shallow to fit a water bottle under the faucet. Clearly, no one in management has thought through this issue.

I gave a 5 rating because most of our experience was great. Very clean, good service and breakfast was very good and filling. Our only complaint was while in my brother in law’s room a person started to come in with another key but quickly left when he realized the room was occupied. Must have been a mix up at the front desk. Afterwards his key didn’t work and was given a new key. It was a minor mixup and we will stay again.

We were in town for baseball tournaments. Hotel is not only close to the parks we needed to be to early in the morning, there are also eating establishements close by. We stayed in the "family room, multi bed". It was perfect..with 2 beds plus a pull out couch bed, fit out family of 4 with room for friends if we chose to being more. Little kitchenette for making snacks between games and pools plus spa tub an awesome way to relax after a long day on the fields. The icing on top, breakfast in the morning before heading out for the day and the hotel staff provided amazing service.

Excellent stay for the price, check-in was perfect, wonderful staff. Clean and quiet, many walkable restaurants, very comfortable beds, with a good tv, fridge, and microwave. Pool area is beautiful, with outdoor hot tubs. Great if you have pets! Our very large dog was accommodated for only a $20 fee! The floors were nicely tiled, I really love that there wasn’t any carpeting. Two small grassy pet areas was all we needed for our short stay. Highly recommend the Black Bear Diner next door! Amazing food, awesome staff and atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!! This Hotel Violated Federal Law and the ADA, they told my GF who has a Registered Service animal that she had to pay a 250.00 deposit for the service animal, which a direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Then, when she told them she would report them to the DOJ for discrimination, the person on the phone, who was on speakerphone with multiple witnesses said: "Go right ahead and do whatever you want B*tch" It's TOTALLY unacceptable to call my GF names or to use Profanity when dealing with customers. In addition to reporting them to the DOJ I have reported them to Expedia and will leave reviews everywhere for what they did. It is no wonder why this hotel has so many poor reviews from so many people that specifically talk about how poor the staff is. Also after doing that the person on the phone refused to give their name or transfer to a manager. When Expedia called them, they LIED to Expedia and told them the Deposit is something they charge to EVERYONE and not to ADA customers but their POLICIES LINK ON THE EXPEDIA WEBSITE SHOWS NO MENTION OF A 250.00 DEPOSIT FEE SO WE ALL KNOW THEY ARE LYING. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
