The unit was clean and well furnished. Everything was provided for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Interaction with property management was always a pleasant experience. Very convenient to hiking beautiful Snow Canyon, performances at Tuachan and restaurants.

Great family getaway
Family really enjoyed the time away, we are from up north and the warm weather and out door activities were great to enjoy instead of the constant snow from up north. . A little bummed the shuffle board in the photos had been removed from the garage but really enjoyed the old arcade and games. Would definitely come back!

Outstanding property just outside of St. George. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed playing golf onsite at the Ledges Golf Course and hiking at the beautiful Snow Canyon State Park just 2 miles down the road. We will definitely be returning.

Golf getaway
The property was perfect for our golf getaway. The condo is well furnished and very clean, we loved every minute we were there and will be back again. The rental service was excellent as well and answered the few questions we had promptly and were very accommodating.

Great place.
Very nice. Would go again with my family. Didn’t cook there, but they have everything you need. Sadly, it was too cold to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio. Bring slippers. The tile floor is a bit cold.

Golf and Jump
The Huntsman World Games brought me to St George in early Oct 2022. I arrived a couple of days early and took advantage of being so close to The Ledges Golf Course to get a few rounds in before competing. Proximity to St George was excellent. The Condo was clean, well stocked with basics, and very comfortable for a couple of knuckleheads. We each had our own space and bathroom. Only hiccup was using the TV. Never did figure that out.

Amazing Stay for Multiple Family Members
My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean and had new finishes. It’s also very dog friendly! We loved the layout of the house with one Primary Bedroom with attached Bath downstairs and two guest bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath. We felt like everyone had their own space, and privacy when needed. The house was very well stocked with Kitchen utensils and appliances. We had plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware so you didn’t have to constantly be doing dishes. We cooked a lot of meals at home and it was very easy because the house had all of the tools we needed! We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the house backs up to the roundabout so when you are in the Dining Room, which has a sliding door, you don’t feel like you have a lot of privacy with the cars driving by. Because of the roundabout, the upstairs bedrooms could benefit from blackout window treatments. Those bedroom windows are at the same height as the roundabout so the car headlights shine into the bedrooms at night, even with the blinds closed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it!

We did an extended stay and absolutely loved the condo. It was clean and the amount of space was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed being so close to Snow Canyon State Park for hikes in the morning, followed by swimming at the Ledges pools! I can’t say enough about the management team/office. They are so great! Everyone was friendly, accommodating and helpful. I only have one ding on this rental, and it’s the dishwasher. Both racks have numerous patches of corroded metal where rust is forming, and the buttons are pushed in on the front (still fully operational, just janky). I did mention the rack rust to management and they offered to have maintenance clean the rack, but I was hoping for rack replacement because even if you removed the rust there would still be exposed patches of corrosion. We absolutely loved our stay at the Ledges and will definitely be back!
