It is the only hotel on St. George island. The condos are generally loaded with exorbitant fees, so I really appreciate a straightforward, reasonably priced hotel.

We loved the ease of checking and friendly staff. Coffee in front office daily. They offer needs foe the kitchen just ask. I would change the beds to be pillow tops to make this a 10 star stay. But we loved being close the beach and pool. Cooking when we wanted something. SGI is adorable. Will go back when its warmer.

This property is on the beach and built of concrete and the room walls are cement blocks because of the annual threat of hurricanes. The room was large but not a warm feeling or decorated. I didn't want to spend much time there. It was clean. However, thru Expedia we had a great room location - the second room from the Gulf.

The Buccaneers is a nice place to stay for a long weekend. It’s right on the ocean and has a nice swimming pool and you could walk to the green parrot which is the best restaurant / bar in the area.

Just improve the cleaning the tubs there was a line all over the tub I'm not sure if can be cleaned or is aged marks, you could have couple.more tables out and maybe if is not to much sun beds. We are very happy thanks.
