Designed with anglers and outdoor lovers in mind, Hooked Up is the perfect place to make beach vacation memories that will last a lifetime.

Whether exploring the Island by bicycle or paddleboard, searching for shells on miles and miles of award-winning, unspoiled beaches or just relaxing on the screen porch with a good book and a refreshing beverage, this beach home delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast. The vibrant arts, culinary and shopping scene of historic and charming Apalachicola is just 25 minutes away by car!

The exterior of this property features an amazing canal-front setting with expansive coastal views. The covered dock and adjacent boat slip offer deep water access to Apalachicola Bay and the Gulf waters beyond. The large screened porch overlooking the canal offers lots of comfortable seating, and multiple gas fire pits create the perfect ambiance for cozy evening gatherings. The fishermen in your crew will appreciate the fish cleaning station and outdoor shower after a day on the water. The ground floor also offers a screened room with a picnic table.

Inside, the open living/dining/kitchen area at Hooked Up features a stylish coastal decor with lots of comfortable seating for your group to relax and enjoy their Island vacation. The focal point of the living area is the large electric fireplace, flat screen TV and direct access to the spacious screened porch.

The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts and features beautiful white custom cabinetry, quartz counters, and stainless appliances. There is plenty of room at mealtime at the large dining table and kitchen counter stools. A pub table with stools on the screen porch is the perfect place for al fresco dining.

Island Paradise

Wonderful time on the best island Florida has to offer for some R&R. Great location for a close walk to the beach to catch those early sunrises. Awesome back porch with screens to enjoy the cooler evenings without the bugs. Would stay here again.

This was an Amazing trip. The property was wonderful and very roomy. We all enjoyed the spacious decks and the warmth of the fireplaces. This property was just as advertised. We came for a duck hunting trip and had some vehicle issues after the first day and Alan the neighbor and property manager was super helpful. We will be back!

We were so happy with the house and property. Exactly as listed. Exceptions: no propane for 2 fireplaces on deck, no bikes. The big thing was the smell. It hit us like a ton of bricks when we walked in! The owner had scented jars in every room. Since I have allergies, we put those on the porch all the days we were thethere.

Wonderful house on a canal

The house is very clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked, and well designed. The back porch is large and screened, with very comfortable furniture. There are also two propane fire pits that make sitting outside comfortable even in cool December mornings and evenings. The dock is very nice for sitting and looking out into the canal at the many birds. Best of all is the very easy access to the canal from the yard. I spent many hours kayaking in the bay, leaving directly from the back yard of the house. Kelly is a great host and very responsive to texts. I highly recommend this house!

Great location & Pet friendly

My husband and I traveled with our dog. The property had a wonderful location super walkable to the beach entrance and off the bay where my husband paddle boarded multiple days. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The wifi worked great for both of us working during the day. I would recommend it and look forward to a future trip.

Great place on the island - we'll be back!

We had a great experience at this property. It was close to our son and daughter-in-law and grandkids in Eastpoint which was the big draw for us but also reasonably priced and allowed our dog which can be difficult to find sometimes. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Getaway

This is our second time staying at this location and we had a wonderful time again! Perfect place to relax and unwind. We love fishing off the dock and relaxing in the evenings on the large back porch. Highly recommend!

Our family of four had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Great location, and hours of fun fishing on the dock. When it got a little cold at night for fall break, the hot tub was a great place to be. Would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

It's great if you want to bring your boat and fish, which my husband,l son and grandson love. We can go to the beach or go fishing. We also love the area underneath the house we can cook o grill. This is our second visit and we love it.

The Perfect Getaway
