"The setup was great as far as the rooms go, the kitchen was great. The dining room table was large and well suited for our group, four adults and five children. The porch space was great as well, plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax. The one thing that would be an improvement is if there were more rugs inside to reduce the amount of sand tracked into the house."

"Very clean and house is just as pictured. It is located about 4 miles into a gated community. The path to the beach is only about a 2 minute walk, however the closest pool within the community is about 1 mile away so will need to drive. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. "
