It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. "The place is VERY clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed here for a quick work visit and it was exactly what I needed. This house is not in an area that has places to eat or entertainment but I did not need any of that for my stay. It was a great place and lower cost than others. I would recommend. "

"This cottage is absolutely stunning! Just what we needed for a romantic getaway on the edge of the ocean. Completely private and had everything. So convenient to everything if you want to venture out, but we rarely did because there is no nead to leave. Owner was great and the entire process was very easy. "

"Great clean property, felt safe, good location to bus pick ups. About 15 min walk to a beach, but the bus system is easy to get you any of the amazing beaches. Few minute walk to the grocery store was also great, and the kitchen was great to help keep costs down. "

Fabulous stay at Royal Palms Hotel

"This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at. Special shout out to Greg who didn’t give up on connecting our DVD player to their TV so we could celebrate Groundhog day. The included breakfast was delicious and we appreciated their providing non dairy milk when we requested it. Highly recommend this hotel and my wife and I are looking forward to returning for another vacation. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked. "
