"The lovely Magdalena (Mags) on reception was very welcoming offering a glass of champagne whilst checking in. She upgraded our room, helped with our bags and showed us round the room. The room was beautiful with tea/coffee facilities and fresh milk in the fridge. Toiletries were very nice. The bed was huge and super comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was easy to find, ample parking, very helpful reception. The room was a good size and had all the amenities needed. The only thing that let it down was a dirty mattress protector. We accidentally pulled the sheet off the bed and the mattress protector underneath had blood and other stains on. The sheets and duvet were clean so although this wasn’t very nice the bed was comfy and we had a good stay in general."
