"The room & bathroom was very dated and somewhat tired but very clean. The TV was tiny for the size of the room and the radiator a bit small. The staff were generally very helpful and the food in the restaurant very good, apart from the breakfast which was poor in quality."

"Very convenient location, but parking can be tricky- especially at peak times. Big plus- dog friendly The hotel is quite dated inside. We did not eat there, we ate out. A great base if you like being out and about. Our room was close to the lift so early morning and late in the evening, we could hear the comings and goings. "We had a one night stay at the Harbour Hotel (St Ives) as a couple in a sea view room. We had a nice stay on the whole. The Spa with swimming pool was a lovely addition that also included a jacuzzi. The settings at the Harbour Hotel was lovely inside and very clean as was the rooms. Reception and the Spa staff approachable if you needed anything at all. "Room above a pub that was cosy and well appointed. Breakfast served in the pub was satisfying and served with a smile. Standard pub chain food in the evening was ok but won’t delight any gastro hunters. Lifeboat Inn is on the quay and behind it is the main shopping street with lots of restaurants to choose from within 5 minutes walk."
