NOT MODERN NIGHTMARE
My entrie to the apartment I was overcome by the smell of mothballs and mildew. The rug was dingy and all the couches were old and covered with slipcovers. I had to roll it up and put it in the corner.. The kitchen area is a complete 360 turn stove sink fridge. The refrigerator was small amd unleveled with several nice decorative items on it .i backed up into the fridge from the cooktop and a 2usd picture fell.My apologies ,the sink water constantly wets the counter stop. The counter stovetop is small and impossible to cook on as the pots don’t stay leveled. I was given I white towel and rag,which was fine but the host found and issue with them being dirty.The mattress were very uncomfortable literally felt like I was sleeping on boards . The beds were old and soiled covered by three mattress covers . Did I mention there is no hot water .The fell upon seating in a chair in the back . There’s is also a step leading to the back room ,that I fell on because I didn’t notice it was there. Safety should be key to a host. I fell several time in the kitchen on the step leading to the bedroom and outside on a already broken lawn chair. I slept with window open to contend with the moth ball smell ..even then I was overcome by the smell of marjuaina coming from local dispensaries in the neighborhood..this to the host blamed on me I assume to get another fee. I’m grateful my days were spent outside because the nights in manddywille were some of the worst i have ever experienced
