"Every single member of staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a genuine smile on their face. Room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was excellent. We tried three of the restaurants and they were all good but the Italian we visited twice as the service and food were superb."

"After spending 16 days at the resort I must say it was a remarkable experience especially with it being in the "off season" mid March- beginning of April. It was nice and quiet not terribly busy and the staff were all excellent. Although much of the resort was closed off for renovations outside. The main outdoor area/ indoor pool and spa were still excellent. Nice short walk down to Paceville to explore the shops/beach and party if you so choose. The hop on/ hop off bus tour that explores the island has a stop right next to the hotel which makes for exploring Malta an overall excellent experience! Also highly recommend upgrading your stay to an executive level as you have access to the lounge with free beverages coffee/wines/beer and small snack platters. Highly recommend staying and would thoroughly enjoy coming back! Especially being an English speaking person."

"Everything was convenient and within walking distance, my only suggestion i that there are times where he street is closed and no access for vehicles to pick you up at the hotel but picking up places are close by/ Overall a pleasant and comfortable experience, nice touch by housekeeping staff on my birthday........."
