1. The air conditioning system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin-operated. (1€, approx. 100 minutes) and insertions €1 or €2.

2. The indoor shared pool and Jacuzzi is communal to all the apartments and houses in the complex area. Access is free and available all year round.

3. The shared indoor pool is with a standard temperature of 27° as per Malta Law.

4. A refundable Security Deposit of 150€ shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage in the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only and this is adjusted to €50 per person from 5th person onwards.

5. WI-FI is available for free.

6. Parking is available on the street.

7. Monthly rates between September to May excluding utility bills, wifi connection and other services. Paid monthly in advance.

8. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is 200 euros which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
